Title: JA Legacy Logistics – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 1st, 2026

1. Registration & Suite Assignment

Each registered customer will receive an assigned suite/account number. This number must be included in all shipments. JA Legacy Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect suite information.

2. Payment Policy

All shipments must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery.
JA Legacy Logistics does not release shipments without payment confirmation.

Accepted payment methods:
• Bank transfer
• Cash

Online card payments will be introduced in the future.

3. Pricing Structure

Air freight is charged per pound.
Sea freight is charged per cubic foot.

Additional government duties, customs fees, and applicable charges will be assessed separately and must be paid by the customer.

4. Delivery Policy

Door-to-door delivery is available islandwide - free to some locations.
Customers outside Montego Bay may arrange independent transportation or utilize third-party carriers.

5. Prohibited Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring all goods comply with Jamaican import regulations. JA Legacy Logistics reserves the right to refuse shipments containing prohibited items.

6. Liability

JA Legacy Logistics coordinates freight and delivery services. While reasonable care is taken, we are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, government agencies, or unforeseen circumstances and events beyond our control.
