How do I get a U.S. shipping address?

Register your business through our Registration page. Once approved, you will receive your personalized U.S. warehouse shipping address and suite number.

Why is my suite number important?

Your assigned suite/account number must be included in every shipment. Packages without proper identification may experience processing delays.

How are shipments priced?

Air shipments are charged per pound.
Sea shipments are charged per cubic foot.
Additional government and customs fees apply where required.

When is payment due?

Payments must be made before delivery or pickup.
We do not release shipments without payment confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Do you deliver outside Montego Bay?

We provide door-to-door delivery within Montego Bay.
Customers in other parishes may arrange their own transportation or utilize services such as Knutsford Express or Doorway Express for smaller shipments.
